TERMS AND CONDITIONS – OVR HOTEL
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in starts at 3:00 PM.
- Check-out must be completed before 10:00 AM.
- An additional fee will be charged for late check-out, subject to availability.

You are required to present a valid photo ID (such as a state-issued driver’s license or passport), along with the physical credit card used to make the original reservation online. Both must match the information on your booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
- Direct bookings: cancellations made 7 days or more before the arrival date are free of charge.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, or no-show: the first night plus tax will be charged.
- Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia or other platforms follow that platform's cancellation policy.
Property Damage
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel facilities.
- In case of damage, the hotel reserves the right to charge the registered credit card for the cost of repair or replacement.
Behavior Rules
- All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other visitors.
- Any inappropriate, disruptive, or violent behavior may result in immediate termination of stay without a refund.
- The use of illegal substances within the hotel premises is strictly prohibited.
Hotel Responsibility
- The hotel is not responsible for losses, theft, or damage to personal belongings within the premises.
- We are not liable for accidents or incidents beyond our control.
- Guests are advised to use the safe available in the rooms or at reception to secure valuable items.
Pet Policies
- Pets are not allowed on hotel premises. Service animals are welcome free of charge.
- If a non-service pet is brought in, a $70 fee will be charged to the card on file.
No-Smoking Policies
- Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and enclosed hotel areas.
- A cleaning and deodorizing fee of $250 USD will be charged in case of violation.
Use of Facilities
- Access to certain hotel areas may be subject to time or availability restrictions.
- Use of facilities by persons not registered in the booking is not allowed.
Modifications to Terms and Conditions
- OVR Hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- The most updated version will be available on our website and at reception.
